I spent 20 years running after the idea of “skinny=happy”. I just knew that I would find happiness at the end of a diet, in my new body. What I actually learned is that hating myself didn’t work for long and only left me feeling empty.

When I finally came to understand that real change came from understanding the WHY behind my weight and making changes with compassion instead of disgust…

I changed my body and my relationship with food, and haven’t looked back.

Now it’s my mission to help other women lose weight, and learn to love and care for themselves in the process.
