Most of the time... - It Begins With A Thought Coaching

Most of the time…

I am a person who keeps commitments to myself.

I am a person who prioritizes my mental health and my physical health.

I am a person who is willing to feel the depths of sorrow in order to experience the height of joy.

I am a person who values the longevity of well being over temporary false pleasure.

I am a person who is willing to feel my feelings, instead of eat chocolate.

I am a person who chooses to fuel my body with energy foods, not entertain my mouth with sugar.

I am a person who defines myself by my future success, not my past failures.

I am a person who knows that I create my feelings with my thoughts.

I am a person who takes full responsibility for those thoughts.

I am a person who knows that what other people think of me is none of my business.

I am a person who not only consumes, but creates.

I am a person who chooses to feel love.

I am a person who schedules effectively, rather than indulging in overwhelm.

I am a person who loves what is.

I am a person who recognizes and breathes in the beauty around me.

I am a person who says yes to a challenge.

I am a person who listens to my inner wisdom.

I am a person who values building strength, over sleeping in.

I am a person who makes sound financial decisions.

I am a person who looks for opportunities to help.

I am a person who respects God.

I am a person who values honesty.

I am a person who is dedicated to progressing and evolving.

I am a person who welcomes change.

I am a person who is curious about myself, and the world around me.

I am a person who loves to learn.

I am a person who prioritizes self-care.

I am a person who is grateful for clean drinking water.

I am a person who has music in her soul.

I am a person who is comfortable in my skin.

I am a person who is imperfect and amazing.

I am all of these things.

And much, much more.

Most of the time.

I like to keep thoughts like these, instead of the ones that outline the things I am not.

Focusing my brain on what I am and desire to be, gives it direction.

And keeps me striving for my potential, my capabilities, rather than being sidelined by my shortcomings.

Anything I choose is available to me.

It all begins with a thought!!
